Absolutely blown away by the stunning building, tidy rooms, convenient location, and super friendly staff. Such a jaw-dropping upgrade to a suite before my wedding, easing all my worries. the breakfast has improved since my initial visit, with a need for gluten-free options and better coffee choices at the cafe.

Clean accommodation, very, very nice staff with very personable service. Incredible hotel in a very central location to Balmoral beach. And very close to the shops and local restaurants and less than half a hour centre. The outdoor bar onsite

The room was brand-new with a lovely comfortable bed and a view stayed, as for instance and the overall experience was luxurious. There were coffee & tea making machines and a fridge, liked it: )

The room was quite small and sub-ground level but well appointed and clean. the Heritage room is beautiful with full bath, period features, comfortable king size bed, and private balcony. Despite some billing issues, the spotless room and attentive service made for a comfortable stay. the nearby landmarks like the Spit and Hayes St Beach offered great family bonding opportunities, while the sun terrace provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. the hotel's location near Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House added to the overall experience. the large doors in the public area could be better managed for comfort.

The place was gorgeous and had very nice staff with personable service. the hotel is set in a very central area close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, shopping, and a supermarket. - Less than half an hour away from the center of Sydney or in the other direction toward Manly with the famous surf beach. - Highly recommended for a wedding celebration.

The Heritage Rooms were beautiful and had lovely period features. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had private balconies, which added a nice touch. The location was great, with easy access to shops and local restaurants.
There were some issues with the invoicing system, and we were mistakenly charged double for breakfast. It took a while to resolve the issue and get a refund.

We had a wonderful stay at Albert Mosman hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was modern and spotlessly clean. the level of luxury in the Superior Heritage Suite was truly awe-inspiring. From the comfortable bed to the spacious bathroom with twin showers, every detail was carefully thought out. We even had a smart TV in the room for our entertainment. the staff went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary upgrade and showing us other rooms for future visits. We can't wait to come back!
Everything was great! 👍.
